January Goals…

I’m looking to purchase an income property in Cleveland, Ohio – at least I’m starting there. I am also watching the Toledo, Akron and Columbus rental markets to see what I can find that would be low-cost duplex to cash flow and kick off my U.S. Investing portfolio. Properties there seem to be affordable (unlike Canada) and are cash flowing. So I look daily for deals and run numbers on potential properties that I might buy.

I’m currently on a Porter Jet right now as I write this, heading to Las Vegas before moving on to Scottsdale, AZ for the Barrett Jackson Car Auction this week. I’m certainly not buying – I love my Jeep Cherokee, but there will be a over a thousand cars sold this week for millions of dollars. We’re stopping in Vegas first since flights were cheaper but by Wednesday, we will be in AZ.
