New things…

Since February, I’ve been pursuing all things real estate. I’ve learned about a great deal of things.

Traditional real estate is simple – you find a house you like, you put a down payment on it, finance it through a lender of your choice and move in and continue life.

But there are so many things I didn’t know and I’ve learned a lot in the last few months, but now with the ecomomy the way it is, it will take so much longer to get involved. At 52, I find myself feeling a bit late to the party, but I’m sure that I will still have some success based on what I’ve learned.

As far as what I’ve learned, I’m going to document what I’ve learned and I’ll share with those that would like to learn.
